Data retention

Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer run the waitlist. Product data is kept as long as your account is active and as needed for support, compliance, and security, then deleted or anonymized.

We use trusted service providers (processors) to host and operate the service (e.g., hosting, database, email, analytics). We share data only as needed to provide the service.

We aim to host and process data in the EU. If data is transferred outside the EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
